About the Artist

born. Lampung, 24 July 1978.
Despite his profession as a full time artist, Ridwan Nur never got formal education in art. In fact, he took the leap of faith when deciding to pursue art as his profession in 2010. He learnt art from his friends who studied at ISI Yogyakarta.
Now residing in Yogyakarta, his works revolve around pop art genre. He is heavily inspired by superheroes, games and modern culture.
