Wintypals is a series of illustrations based on the daily life of Winty, the red poodle. He is a peculiar red poodle who does not posses the typical poodle personality & behaviour. As an example, he hates being groomed (said no poodle ever), hence the messy, dreadlock-y and frizzy hair. He doesn't like being carried like an arm candy, but he loves car rides and going on a long hike.
 
In this particular print, the artist portrays Winty and the ghosts of her old dogs hanging out at home. Her home is styled in mid-century minimalist design , which has influenced the artist greatly. She admires the way the era celebrates pets and their relationship with furnitures inside a home. It adds sentimental value in which the artist will cherish forever.

Sanchia Hamidjaja (born August 9th, 1983) is a visual artist/ illustrator based in Jakarta, Indonesia. She works on a range of visual creative fields such as illustration, comics, graphic design and art direction. She has participated in exhibitions held by art galleries throughout the country. Not stopping there, she also did mural works for various hotels, schools and restaurants.
 
Her love for advertising and working in teams never fade. She jumped back into the industry during the pandemic, where she  works as an art based creative at Hei Schools. On the side, she is also never stop illustrating.
