Wintypals is a series of illustrations based on the daily life of Winty, the red poodle. He is a peculiar red poodle who does not posses the typical poodle personality & behaviour. As an example, he hates being groomed (said no poodle ever), hence the messy, dreadlock-y and frizzy hair. He doesn't like being carried like an arm candy, but he loves car rides and going on a long hike.
 
Growing up as a designer, the artist has been exposed to so many iconic designer chairs. She remembers sitting on her mother's Marcel Breuer chair while doing homeworks and how comfortable it felt. In this piece, she imagines what Winty will do, if she owns a Frank Gehry Wiggle Chair.

Sanchia Hamidjaja (born August 9th, 1983) is a visual artist/ illustrator based in Jakarta, Indonesia. She works on a range of visual creative fields such as illustration, comics, graphic design and art direction. She has participated in exhibitions held by art galleries throughout the country. Not stopping there, she also did mural works for various hotels, schools and restaurants.
 
Her love for advertising and working in teams never fade. She jumped back into the industry during the pandemic, where she  works as an art based creative at Hei Schools. On the side, she is also never stop illustrating.
